I cannot seem to locate a trainer with Essence Bond.

I'm playing a lvl 20 "Ascended" (completed Hunted!) D/Mo.

Anybody know where I can get it for him?

In short, you can't... As it's a Prophicies only skill. So you will need to travel to Tyria! Which your able to do i presume. So get to Lions Arch and run or get run to Beetletun.
